The Board of Directors of the Company has constituted a Shareholders’ / Investors’ Grievance Committee (the Committee) which, inter alia, approves issue of duplicate certificates and oversees and reviews all matters connected with securities transfers and other processes. The Committee also reviews the redressal of shareholders’ complaints related to transfer of shares, non-receipt of Balance Sheet, non-receipt of dividend, etc. The Committee oversees performance of the R&TA and recommends the measures for overall improvement in the quality of investor services.

SEBI has vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 extended the scope of existing dispute resolution mechanism to Investors and Listed Companies/Specified Intermediaries/Regulated Entities under the aegis of Stock Exchanges and Depositories by establishing a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market.
